I went out to a parking garage tonight that was recently put up downtown where I Iive. The walls of the garage were really high so I had to put my tripod on top of his concrete block thing, and hop I was getting a decent shot. I guess this turned out OK, square crop FTW.

5 second exposure with my new 35mm.

The former Circuit City #3170, 2006 N. Prospect Avenue, Champaign, IL. Dark now for going on nine months.

I was a manager at this store from August 1996 to November 1997. In retrospect, I could have been a better manager and CC could have been a better employer. It wasn't a great match, and I spent a lot of long, unhappy days in this building.

But I also met and worked with some very cool people here, and I learned many things that have served me well in the years since.

Should K.A. O'Shea ever happen to run across this pic, I'd be grateful if he would contact me through Flickr.

And that goes for Roadkill and the Q-man too.
